Dragonfly Intaglio Pendant

The Dragonfly Intaglio Pendant is a one-of-a-kind study in light, movement, and quiet transformation. Hand-carved into luminous blue topaz and set in 14 karat gold, the portrait-cut stone was chosen specifically for its clarity and translucency, allowing light to pass cleanly through the gem and illuminate the carving from within. As the pendant moves against the body, the dragonfly appears almost suspended inside the stone itself—delicate, weightless, and quietly mesmerizing.

Long associated with transformation, renewal, and living fully in the present moment, the dragonfly carries a sense of calm optimism that feels deeply aligned with the spirit of the piece. 

The intaglio itself was carved in collaboration with master Australian gemstone artist Ryan Bowen, whose work brings remarkable precision and sensitivity to the natural details within the stone. The result feels simultaneously ancient and modern—part artifact, part personal talisman.
