Shipping & Returns

Shipping

If a piece is available as ready-to-ship, it may be added directly to your cart and will be carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order creations are crafted specifically for you and typically require 3–4 weeks before shipment. Designs that call for particular stone sourcing may require 6–8 weeks, allowing time to select materials that meet the standards of the piece.

Domestic: Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders within the continental United States and is sent via FedEx Ground. Expedited delivery options are also available at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the studio.

International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service level. Orders are shipped via FedEx using fully tracked services.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, and customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipments refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will be refunded less any resulting shipping, customs, and return fees.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your piece. However, if you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the completed return form, to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

To ensure safe transit, we recommend using a fully insured, traceable carrier for all returns, as responsibility remains with you until the piece is received back at the studio. Return shipping costs are not covered.

If you have received an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing issue, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time. The most efficient way to secure a different piece is to return your original order and place a new purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed once your return has been received and approved. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
